Well it's not the Bots themselves that get detected; it's the efficiency of the Scripts you use.
I use TriBot and they have regular Devs. for the Scripts so I've had no bans so far (used for around 2 months now).

But then again, TriBot also cost like $5 a month or something, I mean it's not a lot but its still a cost. There are some free bots for RS07 but they aren't very good, a lot of my friends who used the free ones got banned, Due to them botting long hours On shitty scripts.

Despite the cost of TriBot, you can easily sell profits/trade profits for that subscription.
Free bots get detected a lot more easily too as they're not a "funded" project.
