Yeah, but that amounts to Offshore and Cash and not just specifically.

Exactly what happened to me. It just deducts money from the Offshore amount and not the Cash amount.

Well i just did this worked 100%

I gave my self 120 skill points level 100 So everything looks legit
Every Mask, Attachments And no errors i can go to sights and everything
Bravo! 180 mil Spending cash and 3 billion off shore.
