FPS PROBLEM

Can some PRO guy make a Fps boost like in cod mw A mod or hack that make every thing look low quality?
OR any advices about increasing fps.
In game all my settings are low.
Do you know how to make it lower than 800 & 600?

You won't be able to play it under 800&600. I mean, how'd you see anything at all? Try to change it from x64 to x86.

or get a better computer.
