Help please on chams + Speed hack

Uhh I've been having problems with the speed hack i dont know if this has happened to u but this is happening to me. Whenever i play i go super fast reload super fast but it says speedhack detected but i changed the speed on the speed hack to lower but it still goes super fast!!! Yah and Im not sure if the 2000 compatibility thing is involved with this problem but how do u get to that compatability thing... Thanks if you helped xD

What speed hack??

Edit: To get to compatibility stuff, right click Combat Arms on your desktop, then click properties, then go to compatibility tab, then look at the first thing, the checkbox, and a scroll menu.

ok i changed the compatibility but it still does the same thing i go super fast everything but after like 1 minute it says speed hack detected but i cant change the speed i put it .6 and it still goes super fast more help pl0x
