Posting a hack properly?!

A few hours ago I posted a multihack for arma/dayz. I then got a mail that the topic & my account was deleted because of "malicious content". I am 100% sure that the hack is clean, so I don't know why the mod didn't contact me first so we can get the issues sorted out.

How do I get files approved the proper way?

BTW: I can't pm the mod either..

did you read all the rules on releasing a hack or anything else?

Also was unaware that Bohemia contracted Battleye for Arma 3 so my bad.

Thank you for the clarification. The post stated that you need to update to battleye 1.203. You probably cross-checked it with the version at the battleye website (1.204).

The problem is that the Arma 3 version is always one more than the Arma 2 one which this hack targets. At the moment Arma 2 uses Battleye 1.203 while Arma 3 uses 1.204 (feel free to check this yourself).

Concerning that it is picked up as a trojan: Virustotal shows that only kaspersky issues a (false) detection. Maybe you should use other tools to analyze it.
