I think the servers just went down.Everyone just got a random disconnect.

Well the best solution is to get a better (faster) internet, but you can always check CrossFire Tutorials - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats - Hacks, Cheats, Downloads, Trainers, Games if you find how to get better ping.
Set all your setting to low (for example: no blood, no bullet traces etc.) and you will have 50 ping with decent internet connection.
