[Help] Leeched aimbot

here is a vid i made of my attemet to use the aimbot i did every thing as followed any tip or hint to make it work.

you need to the hack as admin if you usin Vista ;; then you open CA && you go in game regular jus take your gun out && press Shift && there you go you start aimin at heads but you wont shoot while sprintin
