Hey Guys I just want your help not in coding but i have installed a new WIN 7 (was 32-bits changed to 64-bits) every time i am trying to install C++ it ends up with error !!! not only C++ even .Net Framework and Microsoft Security ......
Please help me

^ you could use google yourself, anyway it was wrong section.

i know it's wrong section

i googled for 7 hours and nth .
and this didn't do anth :'(

Download a new copy of the Windows 7 install disk. I had a similar issue years ago with a XP install file, Ended up being just a few files that where corrupted.

i am downloading an offline installer if it doesn't work i will make an update
