Minecraft Server in Progress (Admin and Mod needed)

I am working on a Minecraft server. You can play min games, pvp and, servivel.

It is not open yet but I need admins and mods and people who can build stuff.

I used to be an admin on faction pvp server. On that server, I helped the owner set up his shop, report hackers to the owner, banned hackers, helped new players out, and voted everyday. And i was the co-owner of a server very similar but it closed so I made a better one and now im the owner of my server and i have a lot of knowledge about plugins, commands, config files,...

Why do you want to become a co-owner?

I have been playing minecraft for over 4 months now, I feel I have gotten myself very well known in the community. I have more than proven myself as a co-owner, and I feel I am ready to take on the prestigious task of co-owner.I will keep on doing what I have always been doing, catching and bringing hackers to justice. And I am also a very good builder and I can do what ever you want in minutes and even I am good at redstone circuits and that could help the server.I have the experience, i believe that I can help not only the owner of the server, but also the community.I can teach new players how to vote, use the /warps including /warp mob, /warp parkour, how to earn ranks, how to make factions, all of that usefull stuff. Being a co-owner will help me stand out and i'll be able to punish spammers, and advertisers along the way. I would help the server by developing more structures around the server thus making it better looking, make it not only a pvp server but also with faction. I'm helpful and respectful to all players, admins and staff. I'm highly cooperative and easy to get along with. I'm also responsible and I can make sure everyone follow the rules. In conclusion, I treat the players the way I like to be treated and I wanted to be a co-owner because I love to answer people's questions and helping to develop the server into a better and bigger server.

I can tell you are very in experienced. Kpate, I'd reconsider choosing your staff.
