I can. I can buy VCCs. But there is a lot of scammers and I want to pay via PayPal/PSC, not LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney alias PerfectMenoy scams.
So looking for VCC seller.

VBA is free go to etrade,com and make one verify your PP and you're done

eTrade method get's patched and unpatched like weekly. And most accounts that are verified with eTrade eventually get frozen for "suspicious activity"

BTW, eTrade did not accept my app, maybe because of my 1M USD income... Now I have found good VBA, I will try...
