It turns off your internet for 15-20 seconds and in those seconds you are able to move around to your opponents and fire at them and then after the "Tapper" turns back on it kills the people whom you fired at. Which is pretty neat if you wanna kill someone who annoys you

This makes it so that your internet DCs , thus making everyone run on one place, that way, you can kill then, reconect, and get an unbeleivable all by disconecting your internet. This is also refered to as "poor man's OPK"... hope i helped
