changing item stats?

Hello guys, im looking for any guide, tutorial or anything (maybe youtube - video tutorial will be the best idea) to change item stats i think crit, tempo,hp,dmg etc. cant really find any guide for it, so, can you please help me? thanks!

mm but i think something like item is power 1 and i will have it legendary with maybe +10more damage that it have normally. i know this was, but it will change to red items and red items are something like hacked as i know

Then change the rarity of the item to 4 if you want it to be legendary+not red item and it makes your items stats better as well.
