User Title Request

Hello @Liz I would like to request a user title
I want it to be : " Black & Blue "
Color : bold black ( #000000 )

From now on, you will need the same amount of posts as for a name change to request a color title. (1000+) You can only choose 1 color. You must put the HTML color code, or it will be ignored.
Obviously Staff & Donators are immune to this.
