How to use a hack

Hi, i'm new here and i don't know so much about dayz hacks, i never tried one so i want to do it , i entered a server and it says something for don't download from youtube because you'll get your key stealed, so i came here.
What's byspaser or something like this?
And how i can use a hack, what i must to do, i saw on this forum posting scripts, but where i put them?
