I still consider my self a beginner at LoL , I can't even buy proper items without friends (Usually play in an internet cafe) .

Anyways I bought Veigar yesterday , and how I saw it E-W-Q-R = Enemy dead.

My friends told me that he's the strongest AP champion .

He is indeed strong but very squishy. I wouldn't consider him being the "strongest" ap champion.

He is the strongest counter to AP I must say.

Strongest AP? I wouldn't say he's the strongest AP since they are all strong in their own ways. But if you were looking at the overall best AP with the best kit with every single thing possible, it just might be Ahri. Mobile, killing power, spellvamp/heal, strong CC with charm, and, she's one of the few AP champs with all damaging abilities.

If you are patient and you know how to get at least 70% of early minions with your Q to get ap boost - then that pick is one of most op picks in Bronze->Plat 5. It was one of my main champs in season 2 - even on 1700-1800 rating (Season 2 was a bit different since 1850 was already diamond).

Also its idiot-proof champions for bronze - silver. Just afk farm till you get rabadon/deathfire grasp (Spells order Q-E-E-Q-E-R-W). Now you should get fire grasp. Most of ap enemies should die now. Also you can take off enemy ap in team fights around 30-40 minute with only Q+R+Grasp when W saved for ad carry + next Q after 2.5 sec on ad carry again.

He hurts like hell, and has a long stun, nothing more.

How to counter veigar: strong cc, focus dis mage, buy zhonia '-'

He can nuke out-of-position carries; that's about it. You have to position a little more safely and wait for him to use his combo on the wrong guy. Once his rotation is down, he's a sitting duck without a reposition.

Veigar's damage is amazing. I love him in arams too.

Yes but lux can also kill an enemy easy with her combo. Its just if you are fed or not.

His ult still scales pretty high off of his own AP.

You can easily negate the damage with Zed.

Some of those items will ruin some builds.
