Im trying to find a client which has NC+ bypassed fly. Can anyone help?

Public clients will rarely bypass anti-cheats.
You cannot bypass fly because of how it functions and how anticheat plugins detect it. Anticheat plugins will always be able to log the player's movement and status (onGround boolean, motionX,motionY,motionZ, etc.) thus rendering a hack based on these objects impossible(to bypass fully).
To awnser your question simply: No, nor will any bypass for fly come into existance.
