Some program or some thing that tracks or records current active application

guys



Recently i was asked to download some sort of software i downloaded it and already and checked it its clean, but still i am highly suspicious about that application i want to know that if there is some sort of programs or something that can help me track what does the application do when being active like i want to know what exactly it does like which location it accesses or something like that.


Any one know anything would be appreciated.
