its like i scammed someone. getting ban evasion....just tell me if im allowed on this forum anymore.

Never scammed.

All i did was flame at a person who was harrasing me on skype and mpgh.
And i get a perm ban for that.

Maybe you didn't scam on "Chen5298 & chen5298alt" but flengo banned you for evading your previous bans for being a "Scammer".
