He wants to have the ability to remove props without being an administrator. e.g. Deleting someones buildings.
For that, he'd need some sort of bypass and it doesn't exist. It's server sided and would only be possible if you have admin rights somehow.

when i was using pickles i was wonder what sv_cheats bypasser do but when i try to remove something with Ent_Remove it doesnt work so i think they have an security that protect anyone who using sv_cheats cant use the command like noclip,god or ent_remove so i need a bypasser like so anyone use the hack can use the sv_cheats command like god,noclip,ent_fire,ent_remove,ttt_forceterror,ttt _cheats_addpoint

It's serverside.
remove_fire works on the DRP server I play on.
I used to have tons of fun with it but the admins on the server see when you do it and get super pissed.
It does in face remove fire, though.
I've never had it work on any other server, though.
