This is from a person!!! I do not take any credit!!! I dont see this on the thread page and want to share it with you guys! Warning: This is not chams!
Tip: If you have a Wireframe Hack and use this at same time its like white chams! WORKS GREAT!!
1. Extract to anywhere.
2.Open, at the bottom it says "Combat arms Directory".
3. Click on it and locate your Combat Arms folder wherever it is and press OK when you find the folder. (usually in OS (C
..)
4. Check the boxes in which you want, then click apply.. If you want the texture back to normal just uncheck all the boxes and press apply and your good to go!!
EXAMPLE: Disable Body and head for white Texture of a person..
