First off, the backround has that watermark saying Stock Photo or something.
Secondly, a signature is not usually that size. Take a look at peoples.
Yes, that means you'll need to resize the render.
Third, You need to work on your blending. (Making sure everything matches..) This can be done with a gradient

Erm, a border could be used, text don't really fix.
But the brushing is good for a start. And I like the bulletholes.

So I'm not going to rate your first signature, but i'd definately recommend taking a look at some tutorials.
