[Request]Any tutorials on "Dethreating" ?

Since the update i can no longer exit to lobby during mission , does anyone know the quickest way to dethreat myself?

Just kill yourself all the time while being in a mission.

Exit APB and join a new game?

Great , just found out that if i play in windowed mode i can get missions while being afk , just got my bronze back , thanks for the advice though.
