Mouse Stuck :/
i get mouse stuck ... i was fixing it in win xp by ctrl +alt + delete then change periority to low but in win 7 when i do it i get lower fps

i can't move with mouse easily ! like it be normal then lagging ! and be slow then back again normal :/

the mouse is working good but when i play in game i can't move with it good like it be slow then back again so i can't aim people !

That's a mouse problem. Invest in a $15 gaming mouse.

it's not ! when i open the game it do this ! in facebook or something it's working normal !

Click OK to open the Mouse Properties window.
Click the Pointer Options tab.
Click to uncheck the Enhance Pointer Precision box.
Click OK to close the Mouse Properties window.

its because you have low fps .. with my hack sometimes that happen
