I'll go a bit more in depth:
1. Download games shockwave file (swf)
2. decompile shockwave file
3. look in decompiled code for interesting variables that might be the ones you want to edit
4. place a "shockwave flash object" onto the form (it's a com component)
5. say "Call VariableNameOfSwfObject.SetVariable("_root.<variab le_from_source_code_name>", "<value_you_want_variable_to_be>")

as a note, most facebook and kaboom games use a "Preloader" which i have yet to be able to figure out because hey don't let you get to the real game which is a pain in the ass.
