I downloaded, File.. It seem's to be that, the file will not open to see.

Thanx for this, But with vista its off centre. iv tried all compatabliy settings and it just wont centre.. i may have a look into reverse enginering this and correct the paramiters..
It's because of your screen resolutions.
The crosshair is set to 1042 x 702, or whatever the numbers are.
ya it is because of the resolutions....
