Noob's Server v3 (Better VPS)

I got a better VPS. It is so good that it can handle 1000 O2s without lagging or crashing.
It crashes less often. Honestly, it never crashed since yesterday.
Anyways, here's another update.
It now doesn't lag much and it is on most of the time. It rarely crashes and I have a Auto Restarter(Credit: @krazyshank )
