how to turn on both processors of your computer (vista and dual core processors only)
ok go to the start menu and search msconfig and it should bring up system configuration then this should come up
then click on boot and then on advanced options 
and then click in the box and and change it to the number 2 
and then it should tell you to restart your computer restart it and your computer should be faster and not lag in combat arms.DON'T FLAME
