Say what?

Since the "help" section of this forum is as big of a fail as flatearthsociety, I'll post my question here.
I just read a thread, in this sub area actually, that all hacks are on your Registry. I was TV'd once and he asked to see my registry and I had no idea what could be in there and i got nervous, luckily, he demanded for full control and I just accused him of wanted to fuck up my computer because i whooped his ass.

So, anyways, my question is:

Where are the hacks stored on your Registry?

or

Where should I start searching in my registry for the hacks?

Yeah...we don't know that stuff, but some good coders know. LOL no1 answers my question too in the help thread.

there might be some kind of list of all dll's associated with Combat Arms in the registry. ill go check for you.
but the help section isnt really that much of a fail. people are constantly helping people with problems....

I cannot find anything...ill keep looking. he most likely did just want to fuck up your computer.

well...i looked everywhere, and found nothing...ill try injecting a detected dll into combat arms, and then search for it. but manually looking through found nothing.

Dave said that hes pretty sure theres no way to tell if you hack by your registry.

They may be able to find hacking tools like cheat engine but not hacks. They don't install to your registry.

Yeah I know, a mod should delete the whole thing and remake it, or just delete all old questions... OR, make a Help SECTION...

Or I can do what Arun said and let you "noobs figure it out by using the search feature".

be glad for what you've got, im doing the best I can.

i am thankful for a help thread every day...but i think you should delete like the first 80 pages or so. and yes, its very easy to see cheat engine, and what you have attatched it to, and what you have tried doing with it. i can see that i have used the speed hack on it a lot.

First of all. The finding in the registry, is a huge fail.

First of all, the registry only shows programs that have been used/running now. I don;t think he can find a simple .dll/hack under all those files and background running.


Also, a simple registry cleaner, will remove any traces of the hack. So why are you guys afaid?
