I really need help :'(

I was trading accounts with someone on crossfire I gave him only the id and the password and then I couldn't log into my account again :'( And I forgot the password for my e mail to get my account information back :'( What should I do ? Please help me :'(

fast go to ur email id .and change it again .dont trade acc again.oh shit then submit ticket fast with valid info

The problem is .. I can't open my e mail :'(
