Question about a program

Hi guys, 2 hours ago i was fucking around with my folders in my computer. I saw this program called aimbot.zip its just like an auto shooter like when your cross hair goes red would this work for combat arms also? This worked for gunz but it got patched. Im not posting the thing cuz that might be advertising

if its just like a pixel aimbot (shoots at a certain color if that color is within a searching range) it should work.
