crossfire help?

ever since that july patch, crossfire has been running slow. over the past few months i have noticed that my computer has been working faster. But not to crossfire.
Did crossfire do something with the recommendations to your graphics and stuff? i can play counter strike 1.6 fine, halo CE fine, and starcraft, but why not crossfire?)
(i have downloaded gamebooster but not much of a help.)

average fps in game is 2.5 - 5.5 max

lower the game quality

idk... maybe they did something idk

Make sure you don't have any backround tasks running, or anything that will lag your comp.
