Requirements?

With the increase of people wanting hacks and begging for all of the hacks, I have come up with a plan; I did this with my forum, and it actually worked so it would be fine! As Trollaux said in a earlier post, Hackers<Leechers, How do we fix this? Add a post requirement to download from this section. Something around 50 posts for obvious reasons, for 1; this would increase the amount of people in this section being ACTIVE, people will have to work for there hacks and when you see someone downloaded your hack; you will know they didn't just make a quick account and download and never come back until a update.

So what do you think?

I come here for lurking and every new build there's some script kiddie going "ERMEGARD WERE DA NEW HACK AT CANT PLAY WITHOUT MY AUTONEXUS"

well, it would increase the "spam", thats the problem i guess

No it wouldn't, you would have 50 threads necro'ed with no purpose just so some leech can get his bot.
Think about how damaging it would be if even just 3 people tried to reach 50 in one day just posting nonsense. It would ruin the forum. This idea is very flawed.

EDIT: I'd just like to add that im all for any improvements to encourage honest activity, but all this would do is cause massive amounts of filler activity, threads would be at 30 pages in days, its just not something i think would work.
But i do agree with the sentiment of getting rid of the leechers.

There's always going to be a demand with hacks. And from that we see not everyone is mild-mannered.
It's just how people are nothing we can do to fix it.
