how do i force quit combat arms

Your best option is Engine.exe process,
Then Ctrl+Alt+delete
You really shouldnt have valkyrie off auto-close after inject, so you cant talk in clan.
Last resort: Force Shut-Down.

Ctrl + Alt + delete= Task manager, click on Combat Arms and press "End Task"
