On Topic: This is probably the worst idea ever, even though it's been done before. There is obviously going to be several non-hackers that will join throughout the game, and will obviously notice that 99% of the players are currently hacking. What will s/he do most likely? --> request an admin to check the server himself, or just report.
Now.. if you are up to be banned, go ahead. No one is stopping you, but you've been warned. ;]
