If you think about, it's not like this problem is unique in any way.

In the big grown up world, as a programmer, you will be practically slave driven and mistreated.
It's just a larger scale version of this problem..

Unless you're lucky enough to land a position in a company that has the decency to treat it's employees with respect, or be smart enough to start an empire of innovation or a hit "app" on your own then you'll get to find out the hard way.

It's quite sad considering programming is quite advanced intellectually in terms of what it takes to find the shortest route to the solution, giving everything a meaning, and of course, innovating. Programmers are also the ones that make all modern technology possible.
