Email and fps problem.
I need help finding out my email but i remember the password for it. So anyone out there know how to get email for the account please comment. And also whenever ive playing crossfire my fps drops to 17-19 for about 7 seconds then it goes back to normal if anyone knows how to fix it please comment, thanks

FPS : open your taskmanager -> Processes -> check which program make your pc lag -> Delete it.
