Quickest way to get Exp?

Hi everyone,
I need to find a fast way to get 50000 exp.
Right now I am at 116000 and need to get to 160000
for the I-tech and the PP-19.

Any tips?

yeah go power level in quarintine*(sshhh nobody say anything)* then u will get that faster than anything else try it
