Like if you win 5 in a row you get gold right,even though you are bronze or you have to have to some golds and stuff or it's just your mmr

I don't understand but I'll try.
When you make a 3v3 team, and you play the first 5 games, its like your SOLOQ first 10 games.
It decides what division you are gonna be put in.
If its a new team you will go against new teams.
New team but has wins will go against much higher level people.
