Jailbroken iPad Reset all data Freezes

I went on settings and pressed on reset. my iPad is jailbroken and it gets a loading screen and doesn't connect to iTunes on pc or anything can't shutdown. it has been an hour loading
any suggestions?

try holding down the power/lock button + the home button till the screen becomes black and the apple logos shows up
