d3d9.dll inject error

Hi guys i need help with something mmm ok im try to inject the d3d9.dll on Engine.exe but i get this error, my windows is XP service pack 3
Note:i have the msvcrt.dll in my system32 folder

yea yestarday i was trying to inject the d3d9.dll and it gave me error 202 i dont know what it was so i tried it again and it gave me some other error says it has something to do with c++
