Is it possible?

Is it possible to shut down a server like hack the server down :P

If the server host is terrible (most new servers on planetminecraft) you can get the server to generate chunks so quickly it kills itself. Just set your timer to ~500 turn on step/sprint and then hold your forward key for about one minute. I've crashed quite a few servers doing this... which tbh is sad on the server's part.

Use a DDoser if your internet is good, or pay for a private booter.

I dont think you know what a ddoser is...

If the host has a weak 'connection', i.e. hosts from their computer, then yes it may be possible.
However, you're going to need a decent DDoS'er or a decent DoS'er.

A DDoser (distributed denial of service) is a program/tool that can attack/overload a server with packets and cause lag and is done throughout multiple devices/pcs, no? And the question was "Is it possible?" I was only suggesting the fact that it could work against servers varying on their internet connection or several other aspects. Also, if you have a problem with me responding to his/her question, just stfu and go elsewhere.

Care to explain why my post is somehow "retarded"? If your saying my post is retarded by a simple typo, you must have some anger management issues. If that's not what you're talking about, then I'll say this again. I was only explaining my opinion, I never said that it was a 100% guarantee work. If it was a bad server that was hosted on a crappy computer, it might work.

Anyway, lets stop this stupid fight and call it even. Okay?

You don't need a fast connection at all to DDoS because it uses a distributed denial of service meaning multiple computers which are not yours. It's their connection that matters since they're doing the booting. You just clicked a button that tells them to start.

Crappy computer? Of course it would work. You can crash a server by just using creative fly easily. Or placing 100's of TNT minecarts on one block and letting it blow.

This is the internet. All fights are stupid, nobody wins, and it's not over until somebody at least proves a point that isn't autistic unless the general audience is just as retarded which in 50% of the cases is unfortunately true IE: all youtube comment wars. Seriously, fuck youtubers.
