cant sleep need help

all of these fail.... you want a quick way to go to sleep.

take a fap. it drains all ur adrenaline and after that youll be sleeping in no time.

LOLOLOLOL - thats why my coach always tells me " never fap before a game"

Or just don't go to bed..

lol.... that happens very often... but eventually I get bored... I mean... I cant post a response to every post a member make.... cuz I dont know what to say, or cuz I simply dont give a fuck XD
And when that happens I watch some TV, practice a little with my guitar or bass, or simply listen some music.... andin some rare... very very rare times... I do my homework XD
