Well yesterday I had made a mule and died like 7 times on it...I guess kabam thought they all died from swat and brought them back....but now....muledump says I have all of those dead chars ....so....I have 7 char slots now? Idk

From what I heard on reddit. You have the characters but once they die you cant create another one, since you don't get a character slot with that char.
Ex: I had 1 char. After revive I had 5, and after died with them 2 of them I'm still unable to create another character since I still have 3, but only 1 character slot. Only when the characters slots are bigger then the number of characters you have, you'll be able to create another char.

I dont think they gave you multiple character slots. I believe they tried to revive all of your dead characters, so the game is sensing you have all of them. What I think will happen is the alive characters will fill your slots, then after you die instead of an empty slot you will get one of the characters you died on... this is just an assumption, dont quote me on any of this.
