No, Wildshadow created the game you dimwit, not Kabam. Kabam adopted the game.
The reason you wrote in the OT is actually the last of the reasons because he could be jailed.
The actual problem might be his informatic intrusion, which could cause some problems to him. Everything has to be decided by Kabam though, they are the victims. They are not forced to take legal actions.

Well it's true what he did was illegal. Him claiming using proxies and Tor could only go so far before they find out who this guy sticking his dick in sauce is. It's obvious he knew what he was doing. But his ip is still traceable.
I think what he did was really wrong. There is no point in ruining something if you don't like it. there will still be other people who like it and you can NOT change their opinion.
