4.now load the filter which you just downloaded from the OP- and select all the filters either manually or the notepad button 4 buttons to the left of load filter.
5.enable ALL the filters.
6. login to the game- with the targeted application [le bot, firefox, chrome, etc.]
7. load the shop id-658
8.buy everything.
9 done

It may have a video on youtube. I believe that the video can be posted here,because like wheel of doom one, it may have link to outside forums.

Working perfectly. Just follow shaheet's instructions. You can buy all items in shop except the first one. (Only design items are purchasable not sure why :\)
EDIT:
In-case anyone was wondering these items have NO functionality they are just for the lulz. Also you probably don't want them on your main account as if AE were to see this it would be pretty obvious you cheated for it.
