How to disable it ?

Is there any way to disable the information on the middle of the screen about who stabbed who and who blew up with grenade . I find that really annoying when i'm trying to snipe ... In this case it's [Alert : The bomb has been planted]

That's probably a problem with your screen size, as I know, there's no way to disable it. Sorry.
