No it does not work on every vanilla server.

The sweet spot for the delay: high 200's to mid 300's

The delay depents on your Internet-speed. The hack won't be updated because it's only an exploit in an older craftbukkit version and in a few weeks there won't be any server running on this version.

Fixed with Minecraft 1.6.4 and new Craftbukkit Dev Build too :/

Quick question. You are not able to updat it, since many of the servers have updated and fixed the handshake, right?

Yea, it's no longer possible any more with any method (that we know of) (1.6.3+)

Do you possibly have a version for 1.5.2? I would like to try it on a FTB Unleashed server
