I was wondering if somebody could make a multiplayer hack that increases your rank or something like that

This isn't hard. Create a lobby, private match, switch teams to spies, SvM Blacklist, set the hack time to instant, farm.

no shit sherlock, but maybe someone could create hack which would allow mercs see spies throw walls (same effect as intel device) and same thing for spies...
