ps:im not an admin

Try turning off smart firewall and auto protect then download the files and trust them. But i don't know if you can do this with out admin

get rid of nortons it's rubbish and lags your system down, use malwarebytes, it's way better even picks up most virii and malware, before it hits your system..

There is some popup when it gets deleted,you can click details.
There you can choose to restore it/exclude from the anti-virus.

Won't need nothing complicated. Either allow the file (via directory) or temporarily turn off your firewall.

I had the same problem, just ask your parents to log into their user on the pc for some reason, thee disable it

Norton: The "anti-virus" virus. Get rid of it.

Get rid of it. It is a virus itself lol.

Try disabling it in msconfig or task manager.
