It's complicated, if you do not know so do not mess with it.
1-Using server packets edit (Every way edits the packets even the software development kit / calls the function) .
2-Unicode text which is 2 bytes aka wchar_t .
3-Pretty good .
4-You can search about it in youtube or I think there is language editor in CE , isn't it?
